Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, HR Operations. This position is part of the HR Operations Team and will be located in Singapore - Hybrid.

Purpose of this role:

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following: 

  • Gather, transform, and compile data changes for the purpose of conducting the monthly KOSEA payrolls using different systems and sources of information.

  • Maintain and update the Time Management System (TMS) and processing of overtime payments in accordance with to local laws and regulations.

  • Coordinate of monthly payments and journal entries submissions to Finance including reconciliation of records and conducting payroll postmortems.

  • Ensure the processing of new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations is accurate, compliant, and timely.

  • Support the HR SLA including tracking and reporting of KPIâs. Create, develop, and maintain processes including documentation.

  • Maintain records and perform data and records audit, ensure auditable records are kept in line with corporate and statutory requirements, in addition perform regular checks and true ups of records to support employee life cycle changes.

  • Complete all post payroll activities in a timely and accurate manner: i.e., Inputting, checking and reconciling the payroll information to achieve accurate, timely and compliant payments to employees, government agencies and third-party providers (pensions, social security, health insurances etc). 

  • Verifies payroll tax/social contributions filing for all legal entities.

  • Identify gaps in system design and/or processes, propose solutions, document change requests, and coordinate the implementation of the changes in collaboration with stakeholders using DBS.

  • Lead and participate in Projects in the Payroll, HR systems and DBS. Payroll continuous improvements including: TTI (Targets To Improve), TPI (Transactional Process Improvement) and PSP (Problem Solving Process)

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals

  • Degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in payroll function with in-depth knowledge and experience of payroll calculation and processing
  • Knowledge and experience of Workday & EasyTime (TMS) will be advantageous
  • Affinity with technology and systems, proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
