Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Executives
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Maintain and update employees’ records for new hires, terminations, leave records, training records, etc
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist our HR recruiters to source candidates and update our database
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Assist in processing work passes application/renewal/cancellation/appeals and medical check-up arrangement.
- Preparation of HR-related documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding matters
- Other ad-hoc duties and admin jobs by management assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Basic knowledge of MOM labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
- Minimum N’ Level/ O' Level/Diploma qualifications
- Minimum 1-year of working experience
- Knowledge of Infotech system data entry will be an advantage
