Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the outlet and customer management.
  • Drive sales and achieve profitability.
  • Attend customer feedback and complaints. 
  • Manpower planning.
  • Recruitment and training of staff
  • Events management.
  • Ensuring sufficient stocks for daily operations.
  • Maintain restaurant hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Responsible for cash bank-in & monthly Inventory submission
  • Manage Epoint Systems.
  • Generate monthly reports

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of Supervisory experience in Western Restaurant
  • Excellent communication skills and Commitment to quality service
  • Food and Beverage knowledge

.

Working hours (apply only if you can accept)

⊳ 6 days alternate

⊳ Split shift, 44hrs per week

⊳ Afternoon to midnight
