We are now seeking bright and ambitious individuals to strengthen the growth of business in the Singapore team as a Benefits Intern.

 

What can you expect?

  • Exciting opportunity to join one of the world's largest HR Consulting firms across Asia to gain insights and expertise from top professionals in HR Consulting.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements.

  • Brainstorm on innovative solutions that can help the business move unto the next level.

  • Develop and implement solutions that can be immediately impactful.

 

We will count on you to:

  • Research on key benefit trends in the APAC region.

  • Ability to translate data into relevant findings to share insights/trends with stakeholders.

  • Conduct data analysis to build on the industry landscape and Benefits practices to support meetings along with our consultants.

  • Collaborate with the team to prepare high-quality content for our yearly webinar.

  • Assist the team in translating key insights into impactful presentation decks for both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Provide point of views in team discussions and challenge other views in a constructive manner.

What makes you stand out:

  • Current university student, available full time for a minimum of 3 to 6 months.

  • Keen interest to find out more about HR consulting, particularly in the field of employee benefits.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Ready to actively contribute to a collaborative and innovative team culture.

  • Ability to work in a large team and with different stakeholders across the region.
