Twenty Grammes is a local boutique located at North Bridge Road that specialises in waffles & gelato as well as an array selection of confectioneries. 

Founded in 2014, the brand name ‘Twenty Grammes’ originated from our journey for creating the perfect waffle. This inspired confidence in us to boldly venture into trying recipes for cakes and pastries. And we kept creating and baking because we fell in love with this experimental process.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily preparation and production of pastry items
  • Ensures proper handling and storage of all food items
  • Ensures sufficient inventory for production of items. 
  • Decorating custom cakes
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply however having at least 1 year working F&B experience is preferred. 
  • Have good knowledge in Pastry, and hold a Certificate in pastry-making, baking or equivalent. 
  • Used to production routine.
  • Have good communication and initiative.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
