Responsibilities:
- To assist with rewards adjustment and updating of users’ travel card details
- To support the translation process with marketing item by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to seamlessly integrate translated content into marketing materials.
- Manage public enquiries daily
- Manage and address basic queries received and consult officers for any complex issues
- Monthly process to validate invoices from merchants or vendors
