About the job

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the Finance Director will lead a dedicated team responsible for overseeing the complete spectrum of accounting and finance operations across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. This role has been established in response to the company's current phase of rapid expansion. A pivotal aspect of the position will involve fostering strong business partnerships with department heads to drive financial success and strategic alignment within the organization. Key responsibilities include spearheading financial planning and analysis activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning as well as managing month-end and year-end closing processes. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and motivating teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. They should thrive under pressure, demonstrating a readiness to engage deeply with operational complexities and challenges as they arise.

Skills and experience required

Candidates should hold a recognized accounting degree, complemented by CPA or an equivalent professional qualification, along with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience. Preferably, candidates with backgrounds in related industries such as FMCG, Medical Devices, Healthcare, or Distribution will be highly advantageous.
