Job Description:

We are a leading footwear retailer in Singapore and operate a retail chain of 37 stores.

Job Duties:

- Manage daily store operations- Lead, motivate and drive the sales team to achieve store targets and personal targets/KPIs- Develop strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability- Ensure high-quality visual merchandising presentation are in accordance with Company guidelines- Coach and provide guidance to Sales Associates on product and customer service- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service- Maintain store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Requirements:

- At least 3 Year(s) of related working as a Store Manager or Supervisor roles with at least 4 years in retail industry (Fashion/Sports/Apparels related) is required for this position- 6 days per week: Retail hours (Shifts, weekends and Public Holiday)- Keen to challenge yourself in a competitive market- Good organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks- Highly motivated with a willingness to get hands-on when required- A "people" person with the ability to build strong professional relationships- Strong analytical and problem solving skills- Meticulous and detail-oriented- Able to start within a short notice
