**Role Description**

This is a part-time, remote role for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee and manage recruiting and onboarding processes, employee relations, and training and development programs. Responsibilities include maintaining HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing performance reviews, and implementing strategies for a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also handle conflict resolution and foster professional growth within the team.

**Qualifications**

- Strong experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Proficiency in designing and implementing HR strategies, including performance management
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies
- Conflict resolution, people management, and organizational development skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications like PHR or SHRM-CP are preferred
