Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage XiaoHongShu marketing strategies for multiple clients.
  • Lead and guide the marketing team to ensure campaigns meet client objectives.
  • Plan and execute XiaoHongShu campaigns, including content creation, influencer partnerships, and community engagement.
  • Create engaging and high-quality XiaoHongShu content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Monitor campaign performance using XiaoHongShu analytics and other tools; provide insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand brand goals and deliver customized solutions.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
  • Stay updated on XiaoHongShu platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to produce high-quality XiaoHongShu content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with a focus on XiaoHongShu.
  • Strong understanding of XiaoHongShu platform, user behavior, content trends, and analytics.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful XiaoHongShu campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinking with analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and KOL collaborations on XiaoHongShu is a plus.
  • Passion for social media trends and the ability to produce engaging content.
