Graphic Design Marketing & Business Development Senior Exec

• Strong experience in Marketing and Business Development.
• Strong experience in events management and partner collaborations.
• Strong experience in building and enhancing websites, SEO/SEM.
• Familiarity with coding and Shopify website preferred.
• Strong in social media and digital marketing.
• Strong in Facebook, Instagram and Google Analytics.
• Proficient in WeChat, Xiao HongShu and Tik Tok.
• Excellent command of English (written, verbal and interpersonal), with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent command of Chinese (written, verbal and interpersonal), with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong in Microsoft Office.
• Strong or excellent in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Good in Graphic Design skills.

• As Graphic Design Marketing & Business Development Senior Exec, responsible for the full scope of marketing and digital marketing work, including marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, design concepts, art direction, producing marketing decks and collaterals.
• Full scope of Business Development work, including collaborations, partnerships and events management.
• Develop new marketing campaigns to promote the brand and products and increase sales.
• Support and collaborate with the Sales & BD team.
• Aim to achieve contact and collaborations or partnerships with different brands or platforms.
• Generate brand recognition and marketing value among network contacts to lead to successful collaborations and increased sales.
• Plan and arrange contracts for collaboration partners.
• Work with Marketing, Sales and BD teams to plan and execute tactical campaigns to drive attraction and retail tourism sales and event sales.
• Oversee Above The Line and Below The Line campaigns for brand and attraction marketing, including creative conceptualization, copywriting, brochure print, distribution management, campaign rollout and performance reporting in collaboration with Marketing, Sales & BD, Ops and agencies.
• Ensure brand identity and brand marketing consistency and accuracy.
• Lead long-term brand and marketing strategies, provide market insight to maintain a positive brand perception and position as a leading Singapore brand in food gifting souvenirs.
• Collaborate with team and third-party vendors and designers on brand marketing, narratives, key messages, and concepts.
• Develop trade marketing strategies and collaterals to maximize brand presence in identified overseas markets, travel agent partners’ platforms and across MICE & Trade channels for Tourism.
• Manage and ensure efficient use of Trade Marketing budget to achieve shared B2B goals.
• Support and work with Sales and BD teams for regional growth of assigned key markets (e.g., Japan, Asia, India) and inbound marketing preparation according to border measures, including marketing collaterals and events management.
• Formulate and implement sales and marketing campaigns related to tourism and events.
• Monitor and track campaigns performance.
• Ensure online content accuracy for all products.
• Provide market intelligence on ecommerce and business trends in the region.
• Timely and accurate execution of pricing changes via channel managers.
• Perform online rate audits and resolve disparity disputes among partners.
• Work with team to update weekly/monthly sales reports and assist with annual report preparation.
• Collaborate with partner organisations for business development.

A Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree. Minimum 3 years of experience.

Working Days/Hours: 5 days per week. Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm.
