Overview

Domain & Solution Advisor - Extended Planning & Analysis (xP&A) & Enterprise Performance Management at SAP. You will lead strategic solution-oriented business development across SAP’s Planning & EPM portfolio, engaging business process owners and solution stakeholders to accelerate adoption and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Act as an EPM solution evangelist and SAP advocate, championing SAP’s vision for enterprise-wide planning and performance management.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, translating domain needs into SAP solution approaches.
• Lead customer-facing solution presentations, demos, and workshops, tailoring SAP’s Planning & EPM Suite to business challenges.
• Support solution-based demand generation activities such as events, campaigns, and virtual sessions in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
• Drive deal qualification and solution positioning in active sales cycles, contributing to RFPs and deep-dive workshops with Presales.
• Develop end-to-end solution storyboards to illustrate value across processes and industries, leveraging SAP EPM capabilities.
• Build internal and partner solution enablement content, helping scale expertise through reusable demos, videos, and thought leadership assets.
• Identify new use cases and expansion opportunities in the installed base while supporting net-new customer wins.
• Maintain awareness of market trends and competitors, contributing insights back to Product and Development teams.
• Foster collaboration across Sales, Presales, Services, Customer Success, and Partner teams to align with growth targets and roadmaps.
• Encourage customer engagement with SAP communities and reference programs to strengthen solution adoption.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

• Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address business and solution needs.
• Experience in cloud EPM software design, implementation, or advisory, across multiple industries or business lines.
• Expertise in planning, consolidation, ESG, tax, and regulatory reporting, with solution mapping skills.
• Familiarity with cross-functional and enterprise-wide planning in areas like HR, Supply Chain, or Sales.
• Solid understanding of the EPM landscape, including SAP Analytics Cloud, OneStream, Anaplan, Tagetik, or Board.
• Experience crafting and communicating solution narratives that resonate from C-suite to end users.
• Ability to influence in collaborative, hybrid work environments and travel 25–50% as needed.
• Master’s degree in finance, business, or related field is preferred.
