Objectives of this Role:

  • Develop and meet sales targets
  • Support organizational strategy and sales growth in target product groups
  • Identify new growth opportunities and build strong customer relationships while adhering to compliance guidelines
  • Establish long-term professional relationships with targeted customer groups to promote Gene Solutions' services
  • Prepare sales reports and related documentation for the line manager

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets within target product groups
  • Conduct market research, develop business plans, and implement sales activities
  • Support the BD Manager in daily commercial activities
  • Develop strategies to improve sales performance
  • Gather and report customer feedback on Gene Solutions' products
  • Explore and expand customer base
  • Maintain close relationships with key customers, ensuring excellent service
  • Manage team performance and individual business plans weekly and monthly
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to the line manager
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and laws
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Pharmacy, or related Medical Sciences
  • 1-3 years' experience in Sales or Business Development in Pharma or Medical Devices
  • Experience in Oncology is highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent oral and written skills in the native language
  • Good business acumen
  • Result-oriented
  • Community-minded
