Join us in enhancing our marketing engagement through the implementation of social media, blog, and email marketing strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders and designers.As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for:- Planning, writing, scheduling, and monitoring social media, trade show, and email marketing campaigns.- Developing creative briefs outlining requirements, timelines, and marketing collateral.- Using project management tools to oversee campaigns from inception to completion.- Collaborating with the design team to create various marketing materials such as one-pagers, presentations, emails, social media posts, videos, and landing pages.- Analyzing and evaluating campaign performance to enhance return on investment.- Coordinating email marketing initiatives and setting them up in Marketo.- Conducting A/B tests to optimize campaign and website effectiveness.In addition, your role will involve Content Writing & Content Development, including:- Working with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather content needs.- Crafting engaging content for different marketing channels based on thorough research.- Proofreading, fact-checking, and writing content for emails, social media, trade show materials, and landing pages.- Developing scripts and treatments for educational videos that support our sales funnel.- Ensuring website content aligns with core messaging, current data, and enhances online conversions.- Expanding our library of blog articles and videos.- Collaborating with external agencies and in-house design teams to produce compelling content.- Writing and distributing press releases on various topics.- Creating internal marketing communications for employee benefits, contests, and events.To be considered for this role, you should have:- A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B marketing or advertising.- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to proofread your work and that of others.- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.- Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and time management.- Knowledge of content, digital, and video marketing trends and technical requirements.- Experience with CMS platforms like DNN and WordPress, as well as Microsoft CRM or similar tools.- Proficiency in Marketo, SEO, SEM Rush, Google Analytics, and KPI reporting.- Previous experience in managing YouTube/Social channels is a plus.- Excellent communication skills to engage with individuals at all levels within the organization.- Leadership skills to conduct meetings and prioritize tasks effectively.- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with knowledge of Adobe Suite being advantageous.We offer generous compensation along with benefits such as Group Mediclaim policy, Personal Accident policy, Parental Insurance, Retirement benefits (Provident Fund), and Gratuity.
