Associate Manager/Manager, Commercial Distribution & Operations, SEA

BeOne Medicines is seeking an Associate Manager/Manager, Commercial Distribution & Operations, SEA. This role focuses on excellence in inventory management and distribution within the JAPAC region, from receipt through order and return fulfillment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the order-to-cash process including sales order processing, customer master data maintenance and credit management to ensure on-time order entry for invoicing and reconciliation.
  • Work with 3rd party logistics providers in a GMP/GDP environment; oversee warehouse and distribution operations.
  • Handle product receipt and end-to-end order fulfillment, including reverse logistics for Southeast Asia.
  • Design and improve operational processes to optimize efficiency and performance.
  • Coordinate regional product transaction processing, inbound deliveries, and alignment with global logistics and LSPs to ensure timely and accurate goods receipt.
  • Set up and maintain inventory systems, customer master data, and LSP-related credit management processes; support 4PL/external partner setups in SAP.
  • Monitor inventory, perform monthly reconciliations, and coordinate stock counts with regional planning, accounting, and quality teams.
  • Ensure operational compliance with industry regulations and company policies; maintain accurate records for audits and reviews.
  • Manage in-region warehouse and distribution needs, support new distributor/LSP integrations, and act as liaison for 3PL operations, including reverse logistics and local relabeling as required.
  • Support serialization implementation and collaborate with regional planners on product launches and variation management.
  • Monitor warehouse and logistics KPIs; ensure processes comply with local regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Lead root-cause analysis and drive process improvements; maintain SOPs and policies; coordinate with the quality team on deviations and CAPAs.
  • Provide commercial operations support, including CRM data integration, reporting, and tender management where applicable.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain and/or Commercial Operations within biotech/pharmaceuticals; minimum 3 years in logistics/commercial operations or customer service.
  • SAP proficiency; understanding of global pharmaceutical regulatory requirements, GMP and GDP preferred.
  • Experience in a global, complex supply chain within biopharma/pharmaceuticals; ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of export/import requirements and customs practices; proven ability to drive process improvements.
  • Fluent in English; strong Excel skills.
