Singapur, Singapore Inizio Group Full time

Associate Project Director (Quantitative) About us: We invite you to come grow with us. Research Partnership (part of Inizio Advisory) is one of the world’s largest pharma market research and consulting agencies with over 250 researchers, consultants, project managers and support staff. Our teams are located across the globe – Europe (London, Lyon), North America (New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco) and Asia (Singapore, Delhi). As individuals with diverse backgrounds, as a team with shared values, as professionals ready to reimagine health and life sciences – you can grow with us at a place that: Makes a difference to human health Shares values and celebrates progress Puts people at the centre of everything About the team: The Project Management team works alongside our Custom and Syndicated research teams to deliver a broad range of qualitative and quantitative (ad hoc and tracking) studies for global pharmaceutical, MedTech and biotech clients. The studies are typically multi‑market, encompassing respondents in Europe, North America and Emerging Markets. Each research project will have a dedicated member of the Project Management team embedded within the core project team for the full project lifecycle. They provide project‑management expertise and guidance throughout, supporting multiple projects concurrently. As an Associate Project Director, you will work directly with the Research Directors and other departments (Finance, IT, Creative) to provide project‑management subject‑matter expertise. Within the team, members are encouraged to lead subject‑matter Pillars – initiatives and programmes focused on Clients, Suppliers, People, Innovation and Operational Excellence. As an Associate Project Director, you will take ownership of a sub‑topic within your Pillar, developing ideas and initiatives relevant to that sub‑topic. With time you may be responsible for managing a team of Project Managers/Executives, including mentoring, performance management and overseeing recruitment activities (interviewing candidates) for roles within your team. You will also deliver subject‑specific training both within your line‑management team and the wider team. Your primary role: This role is the operations lead for one of our flagship multi‑market quantitative tracking programmes, providing strategic insights across the Asia Pacific region. The study tracks key metrics on brand performance, physician attitudes and treatment behaviours across multiple therapeutic areas and markets. The project‑management team for this programme is currently based in Europe, but with increasing regional client engagement we now want to strengthen our presence and leadership in Singapore with an Associate Project Director dedicated to leading the Project Management team for this programme, ensuring local oversight, seamless client servicing and high‑quality delivery across APAC. The Associate Project Director will collect costs and oversee the set‑up and management of fieldwork and data collection to ensure successful completion within best practices. You will liaise directly with clients and contribute to programme operational processes; providing proactive ideas and plans for improving the efficiency of the project‑management function. Core, but not exclusive, responsibilities include: Lead and manage the end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale, multi‑country quantitative tracking studies in the APAC region. Collaborate closely with the wider programme team to ensure alignment on methodology, timelines and deliverables. Source, obtain and negotiate commercially advantageous costs from external suppliers and panel providers for project proposals. Track and communicate programme profitability. Oversee fieldwork operations, including sample management, data collection and quality control. Ensure successful handover of project deliverables to the research team, coordinating Data Processing work and deliverables based on supplied specifications and templates. Own, coordinate and update project timelines with internal research and external client and supplier stakeholders. Take ownership for coordinating project team meetings. Ensure compliance with Pharmacovigilance and Adverse Event reporting. Coordinate client and supplier Statements of Work (SOWs). Manage client and supplier invoices (PO numbers, invoicing and liaison with Finance). Oversee the workloads of your team and ensure projects are properly resourced from a PM standpoint. Own specific sub‑topics as a member of one of the department’s Pillars (Clients, Suppliers, People, Innovation, Operational Excellence). About You… Your skills and experience: 10+ years of experience in quantitative healthcare market research project management, ideally with regional or global multi‑market exposure. Proven track record managing complex tracking and ad‑hoc quantitative studies in healthcare or life sciences. Familiarity with Asian market dynamics, fieldwork logistics and data collection challenges across markets such as China, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia. Strong supplier management and budgeting capabilities, including cost negotiations and SOW/invoicing processes. Significant experience with team management (line management and training of junior Project Managers). Established relationships with fieldwork agency suppliers. Strong project‑management skills (adhering to agreed timelines, troubleshooting and communication with internal and external stakeholders). Confident liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Experience working directly with end‑clients would be advantageous. Excellent numerical skills. Ideal profile: Proactive, dedicated and enthusiastic, with a ‘can‑do’ attitude and approach. Demonstrated commercial and analytical capabilities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with strengths in organisation and prioritisation. Track record of identifying operational efficiencies. Clear and effective communication of ideas and issues. Highly motivated to develop new skills and progress your career. Experience with large‑scale tracker management or syndicated programmes. Understanding of healthcare compliance, including pharmacovigilance and data‑privacy protocols. Prior experience working with large pharmaceutical organisations. Enthusiastic, dependable and highly collaborative, able to bridge global and local needs seamlessly. Life at Research Partnership: We love what we do and continuously strive for innovation and creativity. We believe everyone should continuously be learning and provide: A comprehensive training and development programme for all staff, from entry‑level apprentice to senior management. A relaxed and friendly working environment. Social events – summer day out, end‑of‑year party and regular after‑office gatherings. Fundraising and charity events – we support Forever Angels, a children's charity in Tanzania, and local charity Fulham Good Neighbours.
