As individuals with diverse backgrounds, as a team with shared values, as professionals ready to reimagine health and life sciences—you can grow with us at a place that: Makes a difference to human health Shares values and celebrates progress Puts people at the centre of everything About the team The Project Management team works alongside our Custom and Syndicated research teams to deliver a broad range of qualitative and quantitative (ad hoc and tracking) studies for global pharmaceutical, MedTech and biotech clients to enable them to address product development, marketing, brand, advertising and communications objectives. Our studies are typically multi‑market, encompassing respondents in Europe, North America and Emerging Markets. Each of our research projects will have a dedicated member of the Project Management team embedded within the core project team for the full project lifecycle, providing project management expertise and guidance throughout. Typically, members of our team will support multiple projects concurrently. As an Associate Project Director, this will involve working directly with both the Research Directors, as well as with other departments (Finance, IT, Creative) to provide Project Management subject‑matter expertise. Within the team, members of the team are encouraged to lead subject‑matter Pillars, led. These Pillars include initiatives and programmes focusing on Clients, Suppliers, People, Innovation and Operational Excellence. As an Associate Project Director, you are empowered to take on ownership of a sub‑topic within your Pillar and can have responsibility for developing ideas and initiatives relevant to that sub‑topic. With time you may have responsibility for managing a team of Project Managers/Executives. This will involve mentoring, performance management as well as overseeing recruitment activities (interviewing candidates) for roles within your team. You will also be responsible for delivering subject‑specific training both within your line management team and the wider team. Your primary role This role will be the operations lead for one of our flagship multi‑market quantitative tracking programs, providing strategic insights across the Asia Pacific region. The study tracks key metrics on brand performance, physician attitudes and treatment behaviours across multiple therapeutic areas and markets. The project management team on this program is currently based in Europe, but with increasing regional client engagement, we now want to strengthen our presence and leadership in Singapore with an Associate Project Director dedicated to leading the Project Management team for this programme, ensuring local oversight, seamless client servicing and high‑quality delivery across APAC. The role of an Associate Project Director is to collect costs and oversee the set up and management of fieldwork and data collection to ensure successful completion within best practices. You will be expected to liaise directly with the clients and contribute to the programme operational processes; providing proactive ideas and plans about improving the efficiency of the project management function. Core, but not exclusive, responsibilities will include: Lead and manage the end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale, multi‑country quantitative tracking studies in the APAC region. Collaborate closely with the wider program team to ensure alignment on methodology, timelines and deliverables. Responsibility for sourcing, obtaining and negotiating commercially advantageous costs from external suppliers and panel providers for Research Partnership project proposals. Tracking and communicating programme profitability. Oversee fieldwork operations, including sample management, data collection, quality control. Successful handover of project deliverables to research team including coordination of Data Processing (DP) work and deliverables, based on specs and templates provided by the project team. Own, coordinate and update project timelines with internal research and external client and supplier stakeholders. Take ownership for coordinating project team meetings. Responsibility for Pharmacovigilance and Adverse Event reporting. Coordination of client and supplier Statements of Work (SOWs). Client and supplier invoice management (PO numbers, invoicing and liaison with Finance team). You will be responsible for overseeing the workloads of your team and ensuring that projects are properly resourced from a PM standpoint. You will own specific sub‑topics as a member of one of the department’s Pillars (Clients, Suppliers, People, Innovation, Operational Excellence). About You… Your skills and experience: 10+ years of experience in quantitative healthcare market research project management, ideally with regional or global multi‑market exposure. Proven track record managing complex tracking ad‑hoc quantitative studies in healthcare or life sciences. Familiarity with Asian market dynamics, fieldwork logistics and data collection challenges across markets such as China, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. Strong supplier management and budgeting capabilities, including cost negotiations and SOW/invoicing processes. Significant experience with team management (including line management and training of a junior Project Managers). Established relationships with fieldwork agency suppliers. Strong project management skills (adhering to agreed timelines, troubleshooting and communication with internal and external stakeholders). Confident liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Experience working directly with end‑clients would be advantageous. Excellent numerical skills. You have an experience with large‑scale tracker management or syndicated programs. You have understanding of healthcare compliance, including pharmacovigilance and data privacy protocols. You have prior experience working with large pharmaceutical organizations. You are enthusiastic, dependable and highly collaborative, able to bridge global and local needs seamlessly.
