HR Operations Executive (6 Months Contract/Up to $4,000) The primary role of the incumbent is to manage the day‑to‑day operations of the HR function within the assigned countries. The incumbent shall be the administrator of HRIS systems, involve in the support of employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, affirmative action, and employment law compliance. The successful candidate will provide deep content of expertise in the assigned functions. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Core HR Services Responsible for end‑to‑end HR operations responsibilities. Directly support the business, line managers and employees on all operational matters pertaining to HR i.e. employee HR files/records and employees’ personal data information for the assigned countries. Responsible for work passes application & process in SG APAC site and advisor to country site administrators. Provide support to recruitment activities, including and not limited to candidate sourcing, interview arrangement, screening, pay proposal and offering. Facilitate group medical insurance renewals for SEA region. Support performance management cycles and merit increment process. Responsible for any other duties/projects as assigned. HRIS Responsible for HRIS HR Master Data, HCM, Manager and Employee Self‑Service and Absences (Leave). Handle country specific issues. Manage and process leave entitlements and public holiday schedules for APAC countries. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. Experience & Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of written and oral English. Able to build strong collaborative relationship with diverse and different levels of stakeholders. Meticulous attention to detail. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central preferred.
