About the Role

We’re looking for a highly driven and organized PMO to support our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in driving strategic HR initiatives and ensuring effective execution across global teams. This is a high-impact role for someone who excels in connecting the dots, aligning stakeholders, and turning vision into results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to the CHRO, supporting key people-related initiatives across functions and geographies.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones, deliverables, and risks for critical HR programs (e.g., performance management, talent development, DEI, and HR tech transformation).
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Prepare executive-level updates, dashboards, and presentations to communicate progress and drive decision-making.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline HR operations and program delivery.
  • Support quarterly OKR tracking and strategic business reviews for the HR leadership team.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, HR strategy and planning roles, ideally within fast-paced tech or financial services environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities and timelines with ease.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chineseis essential, as you will work closely with stakeholders across the APAC region, including Greater China.
