Job location and hybrid work arrangement: LinkedIn’s approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days as determined by business needs.
We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and results-driven marketer who can help lead our growth marketing programs for LinkedIn Talent Solution in Asia-Pacific (APAC) core markets. You will partner with Product, Field and Brand Marketing, and Operational Marketing teams to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution to own customer acquisition in APAC. You will also lead a team of growth marketers to develop creative and impactful programs through multiple channels to expand audience reach, shift key perceptions, and increase purchase intent. You will manage cross-functional relationships with marketing, operations, PMM, sales and agency partners, and leverage insights to drive awareness and demand with recruitment audiences. Strong communication and presentation skills are required, including regular executive-level updates in a matrixed organization. Mandarin skills are preferred for this role given its China scope.
Responsibilities- Develop audience-first and market-led creative insights and best practices that inform acquisition campaigns and creative development.
- Measure, monitor, and improve program approaches; apply industry and market best practices to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- Partner with Growth Operations, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Field Marketing and Sales Development to define goals and create integrated paid brand campaigns and strategies.
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of demand gen marketers.
- Engage with our creative agency to guide production, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Project manage multiple work streams and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Present program performance and learnings to Global Marketing Leadership and Sales stakeholders.
- Manage paid media strategy and plans in China.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of marketing experience at an agency or in-house/corporate
- 4+ years of people management experience
- Fluent in English
- APAC B2B or technology marketing experience
- Passion for SaaS solutions, software, tech or B2B internet products
- Proficient in Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills with the ability to translate data-driven recommendations into clear action
- Experience with demand generation programs and coordinating pipeline with Sales
- Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and influence cross-functional teams to achieve goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and manage multiple complex initiatives
- Experience with CRM systems (SFDC, Dynamics, etc.), marketing automation, and paid media
- Team player with both strategic thinking and attention to execution details
- Experience operating in a globally matrixed organization and influencing local and global stakeholders
