ABOUT US We are currently looking for a strategic, results driven regional Senior Marketing Manager to join our growing business. This role will report directly to the CEO APAC and focus on generating and executing Marketing strategies that align with business goals and enhance Project Worldwide and its agencies’ brand presence both in Singapore and regionally. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, and can translate business objectives into impactful marketing strategies. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development and execution of the Singapore and Regional Marketing strategy, working closely with the CEO APAC and CGO APAC Launch campaigns that drive healthy lead generation. Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategy. Work with the Client Service leads to drive organic growth across key clients, supporting strategic marketing efforts with the top accounts. Develop and refine executive messaging, presentations, and internal/external content for APAC CEO visibility. Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints. Facilitate leadership contributions to industry events, internal forums, and external communications (e.g. editorials, award submissions, speaking engagements) that enhance both Project and its agency’s brand presence. Drive thought leadership content creation and communication. Deliver regular updates on competitor activity, market shifts, and client trends to inform executive decisions. Monitor KPIs, analyse results, and adjust strategies to maximise performance. Present campaign reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership. Assist with global-to-local marketing alignment, sharing U.S. marketing case studies, award wins, and initiatives with APAC teams. Be the conduit to Global GPJ and Project marketing teams, channeling direction, communication and action required to ensure global marketing alignment CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE Experience creating marketing strategies, campaigns, materials, content strategy, social and cross-functional communications. Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies at a regional or multi-market level, ideally within APAC. Knowledge of digital and experience marketing, including SEO, social media, analytics, and event marketing platforms. Experience in positioning and promoting professional services, marketing agencies, or related industries with a focus on brand building and lead generation. Ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing initiatives that directly support growth and revenue targets. Strong capability in shaping executive visibility through events, speaking opportunities, bylines, and award programs. Capable of managing up, working autonomously, and influencing without direct authority. Experience in building, strengthening, and maintaining a cohesive brand identity across multiple markets and platforms. Hands‑on ability to design, launch, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns with clear measurement, KPI tracking, and performance reporting. Ability to work across functions and geographies, to achieve alignment with global and regional marketing goals. Thrives in fast‑paced environments, with strong organisational skills and the ability to pivot strategies to maximise performance. FUNCTIONS (NOT LIMITED) Strategy: Create an overarching regional marketing strategy supported by an annual campaign and deployment plan. Identify marketing stakeholders for each regional agency and market to ensure successful deployment of the strategy. Campaigns: In concert with global marketing, create demand generating vertical or genre specific campaigns Create a marketing enablement calendar to identify, create and deploy specific holiday or cultural marketing specific to a market or the region. Utilise analytics tools to measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing efforts, track key performance indicators, and optimise strategies for maximum impact and ROI Meetings: Facilitate & manage markets to contribute to & participate in monthly global marketing calls Manage annual regional leadership meeting, global executive visits and bi‑annular Elevate APAC conference Host and facilitate bi-weekly regional Smart/Growth calls Web: Website management. Manage Project.com/APAC content and update monthly Manage markets to ensure timely market web updates Managing and creating SEO/GEO programs, reporting: Monthly SEO data, distribution and insights Manage use of our marketing automation platform for regional content marketing Content: Create and manage regionwide social media content, promote market social engagement (both internal & external) Manage compilation and creation of regional showreels and contribute to global needs. Manage market case study creation, alignment, and sharing of regional content and case studies for global use. Localization of global whitepapers, and other content for APAC deployment. Creation of market or region specific content Pitch and facilitate the creation of editorial content to industry media Support CEO in regional comms campaign; planning, creation and deployment to internal stakeholders Manage research projects and content creation generated from them. Coordinate the regular updates and distribution of internal newsletters Awards, Speaking & Judging: Manage regional Awards calendar, manage market/agency involvement Pitch speaking, editorial and judging opportunities for senior leaders within the organization. Reporting, Data & Tools: Quantify and qualify against regional marketing KPI’s for each APAC market Ensure Salesforce CRM databases are maintained and up to date by Account Leads Identify and rollout efficient ways to use our CRM tools to improve marketing efficiency Produce monthly regional marketing reports to provide global, regional and market stakeholders with activity and success data against marketing KPI’s Produce monthly social media reports New Business/Global Pursuits: Be the conduit between global new business teams and the relevant stakeholders in APAC - facilitate collaboration and support for global pitches/marketing and business development efforts.
