Logistics Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end (E2E) supply chain operations and freight forwarding business support, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of the entire transportation process.
  • Coordinate air and land transportation resources to ensure timely and stable capacity.
  • Handle and organize business data, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and traceability.
  • Follow up on customs clearance progress, liaise with customs brokers and relevant parties to ensure timely cargo release.
  • Conduct regular reconciliation and cost verification to ensure accuracy and transparency in accounting
  • Monitor and resolve various exceptions during transportation (including delays, loss, damage, customs clearance issues, etc.), provide timely solutions and drive implementation.
  • Generate operational analysis and optimization proposals based on business needs to continuously improve transportation and supply chain efficiency.
  • Support additional projects and tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
