Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects based on the Temenos TAP, T24 Platform within digital banking ecosystems. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless delivery. Oversee and guide the implementation of APIs, microservices, and integration layers in accordance with Temenos TAP, T24 standards. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Architecture, Security, DevOps) for successful project execution. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risk assessments, and delivery timelines. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and internal IT governance. Provide technical leadership and perform architectural reviews for solutions being delivered. Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Lead technical workshops, sprint planning, and regular status meetings with both internal teams and clients. Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience with Temenos TAP, T24 Platforms (API design, orchestration, and deployment). 12+ years of overall experience in software delivery, with at least 4+ years in Temenos-based solutions. Deep understanding of core banking processes, digital channels, and regulatory compliance in the banking domain. Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices. Strong experience in stakeholder management, budget ownership, and vendor coordination. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
