- As a Freelance Specialist Medical Writer and Editor at Pepgra, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by producing high-quality research and evidence-based policy documents for publication in prestigious journals, regulatory submissions, and policy documents across a variety of subject areas. Currently, we are seeking specialists in Haematology who possess a deep understanding of a wide range of disorders including rare genetic diseases, conditions related to HIV, Anemia, sickle cell disease, and complications from chemotherapy or transfusions. Proficiency in the English language, particularly as a first language, is preferred (e.g., USA, Europe, UK). Your responsibilities will include scientific research and writing in Haematology, encompassing tasks such as writing, editing, proofreading, and peer-reviewing various types of manuscripts, clinical documents, regulatory submissions, policy documents, theses, and dissertations. You will be expected to adhere to job-specific instructions, meet deadlines, conduct industry-related research to deliver plagiarism-free content, and ensure the correctness of content, terminology, flow, transition, and coherence. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Post Doc/PhD/Master's degree in Haematology, have research/writing experience, and preferably possess certifications in academic writing, editing, publishing, dossier report writing, evidence-based report writing for policy development, scientific communication, and journal article writing. Knowledge of different styles and conventions in academic and scientific writing is essential, along with excellent writing and editing skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
