We welcome you to join our community of faculty, students and alumni who are shaping the future of AI, Data Science and Computing.The College of Computing & Data Science (CCDS) invites applications for the position of Research Fellow.**Key Responsibilities:*** Collaborate on application-level and system-level architecture design for AI-oriented software-configurable NoC systems.* Design reconfigurable on-chip communication components using emerging hardware technologies.* Conduct hardware performance evaluations (e.g. area, power, efficiency).* Develop software strategies for communication-aware task scheduling and runtime optimization.* Explore low-power and thermal-aware design techniques for embedded systems.* Contribute to research outputs and support timely completion of project milestones.**Job Requirements:*** Preferably PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.* Experience in one or more of the following areas: machine learning, deep learning, software-hardware co-design, computer system performance, design automation, embedded and real-time systems, computer architecture, or related fields.* Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.* Experienced applicants are preferred.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Hiring Institution: NTUNTU is also home to world-class autonomous institutes – the National Institute of Education, S Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Earth Observatory of Singapore, and Singapore Centre for Environmental Life Sciences Engineering – and various leading research centres such as the Nanyang Environment & Water Research Institute (NEWRI) and Energy Research Institute @ NTU ( ).Ranked amongst the world’s top universities by QS, NTU has also been named the world’s top young university for the past seven years.
