Overview
  • Planning: Develop media strategies, channel recommendations, and detailed media flow plans in partnership with your manager. Liaise with media owners for proposals. Engage clients and creative agencies on daily operations, competitive tracking & reviews, media trend updates, and campaign reports at local, regional, and global levels.
  • Buying: Negotiate with media owners for better rates and value adds. Book ads via managed or self-service platforms. Prepare copy instructions and liaise with vendors and agencies for material submission. Manage digital ad operations, including campaign setup, ad tagging, and ensuring proper ad serving.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor campaigns, prepare weekly digital reports, conduct end-of-campaign reporting, and reconcile final costs for billing.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in both traditional and digital media.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Resilient to change and eager to learn new skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good numerical skills.
