This individual will provide ongoing management of real estate transaction activities for a complex or high‑profile portfolio of properties on behalf of our corporate clients. The role involves preparing, recommending, and implementing a portfolio‑wide transaction strategy for acquiring and disposing of real‑estate properties. What You Will Do Implement real‑estate plans aligned with the client’s strategic goals, assist with project initiation, scope definition, prioritization, and adherence to client‑driven priorities, commitments, and milestones. Act as landlord/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent, negotiating business terms for a wide variety of commercial real‑estate products. Coordinate field broker selection and other required resources, subject‑matter experts, and business partners; facilitate client approval of proposed team resources for transaction execution. Draft and create analyses and documents including project initiation reports, market comparable reports, RFPs, proposal comparison packages, letters of intent, and broker's opinions of value. Coordinate sales negotiations; negotiate leases and lease amendments; monitor lease expirations, renewals, and disposals within prescribed timelines. Analyze financial templates (NPV, IRR, cash‑flow projections) to support informed client decisions. Collaborate with CBRE and client teams (Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, Finance/Accounting) to ensure service line integration. Track transaction activity, prepare commission forecasts and vouchers, and account for savings results. Maintain a real‑estate project tracking system, prepare reports, and present to relevant parties. Adhere to state real‑estate agency requirements and CBRE policies related to conflicts of interest. Resolve landlord and tenant disputes. Provide formal supervision, approve subordinate recommendations, and manage talent lifecycle activities. Plan staffing levels, deliver performance appraisals, and mentor team members. Minimum 10–15 years applicable industry tenure or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills; ability to handle complex documents and sensitive issues. In‑depth knowledge of financial principles and ability to conduct complex quantitative analysis. Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet navigation). Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multi‑project management abilities. Decision‑making based on thorough understanding of procedures, policies, and business practices.
