Role Summary:

As a Card Product Manager , you will be responsible for the development and management of Binance’s crypto card products across multiple markets . You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including technical, legal, compliance, risk, finance, and business development—to build and enhance a world-class card offering for Binance users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage card products in multiple international markets.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for crypto card services—from conceptualization to market launch and beyond.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Tech, BD, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance) to ensure alignment and product success.
  • Design product features and user flows using wireframes, prototyping tools, and storytelling techniques.
  • Drive positive PnL for the card portfolio and grow user adoption across active platform users.
  • Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to ensure Binance cards remain competitive and innovative.
  • Leverage data analytics to track product performance, derive insights, and optimize product functionality.
  • Prioritize features and scope MVPs effectively using structured product management frameworks.
  • Understand and integrate card industry operations such as settlement, reconciliation, and chargebacks into the product.
  • Ensure products are built in compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks related to card issuance.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of product management experience in card issuing , ideally across multiple markets.
  • Proven ability to manage product lifecycle, portfolios, and launch initiatives that achieve strong market penetration and profitability.
  • Strong prototyping and user experience design skills —familiarity with wireframing and sequence diagrams.
  • Extensive experience with data analysis , product dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of card industry processes including settlement, reconciliation, and chargebacks.
  • Solid grasp of compliance and risk management within the card or payments space.
  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and able to perform in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
