AVP Communication Compliance, Global Asset Management Overview

A leading global asset management fund is looking to hire an AVP, Communications Compliance for their APAC team. The role provides compliance support to the business in APAC and ensures that marketing and external communications comply with applicable regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Provide compliance support to the business in APAC
  • Manage investor relations, relationship managers and other senior stakeholders
  • Provide compliance guidance, review and oversight of marketing materials and external communications, including fund marketing decks, DDQs, press releases, RFPs, data rooms, webinars, investor reports and annual investor meeting materials, and translations of such materials into local languages
  • Provide compliance guidance, review and oversight of cross-border marketing and fund distribution activities in APAC, including fund registrations and offering exemptions, and investor qualification matters, including review of supporting documentation
Qualifications
  • Bachelor with 5 to 10 years of work experience working in-house in a compliance team with fund manager/asset management
