Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the schedule, the budget and the issues and risks of the project to ensure the project is well-organized and runs smoothly.
  • Communicate with various departments and teams in the organization to ensure everyone is on the same page.
  • Excel in a fast-paced, challenging work environment and be comfortable in a stressful atmosphere.
  • Ensure the team members have the tools they need to execute the project.
  • Create project schedules, with milestones, due dates and estimates for materials and other resources, such as team members, for review/approval by project management.
  • Coordinate the documentation of each phase of the project, and prepare summary reports presented to the PM and project steering committee.
  • Be attentive to details and leverage tools to drive productivity and maintain up-to-date, accurate representation of project information (progress, tasks, deliverables, financials, etc.).
  • Assist or facilitate every aspect of the project with the PM to stay on-track, including information communication, processing orders, executing workstreams/requests, and maintaining the documentation repository.
  • Lead assigned tasks without supervision and be dependable.
The ideal candidate should possess
  • At least 1 to 3 years of project administration experience in the development, implementation and support of IT Infrastructure projects.
  • Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.
  • Able to develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationships.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Able to travel to customer sites locally as required.
