Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in agile development methodologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, preferably in a software development environment. Strong knowledge of agile principles and practices, with a deep understanding of the Scrum framework. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to guide and motivate the team towards achieving their goals. Ability to identify and resolve conflicts or issues within the team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment. Experience with agile project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello) is preferred. Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as DevOps or Lean, is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
