We are seeking a Techno-Functional Scrum Master based in Singapore who can effectively manage cross-functional teams, including technical resources located in the US. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of technical expertise and functional domain knowledge, particularly in Supply Chain Management, along with proven Agile leadership capabilities. Responsibilities Enable teams to self-organize, self-manage, and deliver high-quality outcomes by supporting and enforcing effective agile practices. Coordinate with other teams and communicate status updates to management. Educate and coach the team on Scrum and Agile best practices. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Remove impediments and foster a high-performing team culture focused on continuous improvement. Organize relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and bottlenecks. Ensure availability and engagement of team members across time zones. Manage team dynamics and interpersonal aspects. Support technical stakeholders to ensure people-related issues do not impact sprint deliverables. Configure and manage Scrum tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA), including backlog setup, sprint planning, KPI tracking, and reporting. Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Development teams to ensure alignment and delivery. Provide hands-on support in technical discussions and decision-making when needed. Ensure smooth DevOps processes, including code promotion, deployment coordination, and environment management. Job Requirements 10+ years of overall industry experience. 6+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile/SAFe environments. Experience managing distributed teams, especially across Singapore and US time zones. Prior experience in a techno-functional role with the ability to understand and guide technical teams. Exposure to Supply Chain Management processes and systems. Experience in managing Python, Data Engineering, and AI/ML projects. Experience in configuring and managing ADO, JIRA, or similar tools. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and code promotion workflows. Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems. Agile methodology, Scrum framework, Sprint planning. Ability to generate and interpret reports and KPIs from agile tools. Mandatory Skills Deep understanding of Scrum practices and Agile coaching. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Experience working with global teams and managing time zone differences.
