Role Overview We are currently seeking a motivated Full-Time Sales Associate with 1-3 years of experience, ideally in the FMCG or food supply industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting and expanding our oil and egg product line, building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales growth, and collaborating effectively with internal teams.Responsibilities Sales Performance: Develop and execute sales strategies for oil and egg products, identify new business opportunities, and monitor performance to adjust tactics as needed. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with partners to foster loyalty, resolve their concerns, and communicate about products, promotions, and new offerings. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure efficient sales execution, and participate in team meetings for strategic planning. Communication and Reporting: Deliver sales performance and market trends presentations to internal stakeholders, provide feedback on client interactions. Requirements Experience: At least 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the food supply industry; with exposure to edible oils, eggs, or related food products. Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both written and spoken). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and close sales. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, particularly in driving product sales in competitive markets.
