Our client, a globally renowned technology leader, is seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist to join their regional HR operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering operational excellence in recruitment support and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and publish job postings on government platforms (e.g., MyCareersFuture) in accordance with local labour market testing requirements.
- Monitor posting timelines, manage expiries, and ensure timely transfer of applications to internal systems.
- Screen incoming applications for basic eligibility and minimum qualifications.
- Maintain clean and accurate candidate records across internal systems for compliance, audit, and reporting purposes.
- Support hiring-related documentation and data tracking tied to work pass or visa applications.
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Immigration, Recruiting, and People Operations teams to support compliant hiring.
- Assist in compiling reports and supporting documentation for regulatory audits.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements within recruiting operations.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, government job board posting coordination, or compliance-related functions within a multinational or structured environment.
- Hands-on experience with labour market testing processes in Singapore (e.g., posting on MyCareersFuture and maintaining audit-ready records).
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in hiring documentation and reporting.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Immigration, Compliance).
- Familiarity with recruiting systems and workflows; comfort navigating structured or regulated processes.
- Prior involvement in audit preparation, reporting, or regulated recruitment documentation is a plus.
