About the Opportunity

Join OKX as a Senior Product Designer for Chat Experience, shaping intuitive, trustworthy, and appealing user experiences in the crypto industry. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into impactful design solutions for a global audience, influencing both customer-facing and business-facing strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Innovate on socially-driven and interaction-heavy features to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define problems and deliver user-centered designs from concept to execution.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, mockups, prototypes, and conduct research.
  • Collaborate with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product teams to shape design vision.
  • Elevate design quality through feedback, reviews, presentations, and workshops.
What We Look For In You
  • Experience designing engaging chat or instant messaging features.
  • Strong ownership, growth mindset, and initiative.
  • Expertise in visual/UI design with attention to detail.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills with creativity and clarity.
  • Critical thinking to handle micro-interactions and user journeys.
  • 3+ years of experience in cross-functional teams at a tech company, delivering impactful designs.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate and advocate for design choices.
Nice to Haves
  • Prototyping skills for microinteractions and transitions.
  • Knowledge of design systems for consistency across platforms.
  • Experience with data-informed design and interpreting user insights.
  • Experience working with distributed teams across time zones.
  • Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic/Visual Design, or related fields.
