About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team in Singapore. This role will be pivotal in shaping user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and impactful. You will partner closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into user-centric designs that drive value.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end UX design process — from user research, journey mapping, and wireframing to prototyping and usability testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives and technical constraints.
  • Advocate for the user, ensuring that design decisions are grounded in data and research.
  • Present design concepts and solutions confidently to senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making at all levels.
  • Mentor junior designers, sharing best practices and contributing to the evolution of design standards and guidelines.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex, user-centered design solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders effectively, including gathering requirements, handling feedback, and driving alignment.
  • Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
Bonus Points
  • Experience designing for B2C products (web or mobile), especially those with large user bases.
  • Background in conducting user research and applying insights to product strategy.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
