ROLE PURPOSE As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, user friendly interfaces for our lending software. This role offers an opportunity to learn, innovate, and make a tangible impact on our software products used by leading banks and financial institutions. RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders to gather and understand user requirements. Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, functional, and optimized for user experience. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to communicate design ideas effectively. Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs and ensure alignment with user needs. Ensure consistency with design guidelines, brand identity, and accessibility standards. Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Work with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately. REQUIRED SKILLS Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, user-centred design, and usability testing. Creativity and attention to detail in designing interfaces and interactions. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt designs based on user feedback. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams. IN DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF THE FOLLOWING Critical Design Thinking In depth understanding of design principles. Well versed with the Advanced Visualization techniques Brings cultural and historical contexts as well as social and ethical factors that influence design decisions. Demonstrate independent critical thinking, sound research skills, the ability to think creatively and practice design as professionals. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION/ CERTIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. CGPA: 6.0 and above Certification in UI/UX design or any relevant course. 60% IN O and A Levels.
