Partnership Business Development fulltime
Manus AI is seeking a Partnerships-focused individual to lead outreach, nurture relationships, and co-create business-ready solutions with partners.
Responsibilities- Lead partnership outreach: Identify, research, and connect with potential partners via email, LinkedIn, and calls—opening conversations that create real business opportunities.
- Own follow-ups and relationship nurturing: Maintain momentum with timely follow-ups through emails, video calls, and meetings to build long-term trust and credibility.
- Deep-dive into business solutioning and product marketing: Work closely with partners to understand their pain points, explore potential integrations, and co-develop practical use cases that demonstrate clear ROI.
- Bridge product and partner needs: Develop a solid understanding of Manus’s product capabilities and technical requirements to confidently map solutions to partner challenges.
- Negotiate and influence: Support partnership discussions with senior business executives, aligning terms and objectives for mutual success.
- Take ownership end-to-end: Manage the full lifecycle — from prospecting and use case scoping to onboarding and post-launch follow-through.
- Track and optimize: Measure the impact of partnership initiatives, gather feedback, and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible and strategically aligned.
- Proven ability to conduct business solutioning—translating partner needs into actionable, value-driven use cases
- Skilled in professional communication across email, video calls, and in-person meetings with business executives
- Comfortable discussing both business and technical considerations in partnership contexts
- Strong research and problem-solving skills, with a knack for uncovering strategic opportunities
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously
- Bonus: experience with proposal/pitch deck creation, or prior exposure to B2B solution sales or partnerships
