Overview

We are seeking a dynamic marketing leader to spearhead a broad portfolio of initiatives spanning events, branding, communications, and digital engagement. This role calls for a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills who can collaborate across global teams and drive impactful marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrated Marketing Leadership : Oversee end-to-end marketing activities, including event planning, sponsorships, branding, digital presence, and production of marketing assets.
• Event Strategy & Execution : Lead ideation, vendor management, planning, and delivery of both large-scale and bespoke events. Ensure flawless execution while maintaining cost and quality standards.
• Digital Marketing Excellence : Design and implement digital marketing campaigns, leveraging tools and analytics to expand brand visibility. Create compelling content for digital and traditional channels.
• ROI & Analytics : Track effectiveness of marketing programs, measure ROI, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. Manage data and budgets with accuracy and transparency.
• Creative Development : Conceptualize fresh, trend-aware ideas for collaterals, merchandise, gifts, and promotional campaigns to strengthen brand identity.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Build and manage partnerships, support client engagement programs, and deliver impactful marketing initiatives such as loyalty and anniversary campaigns.
• Collaboration & Growth : Work closely with internal teams to align on strategic objectives, contribute new ideas, and enjoy autonomy in driving projects forward.
• Collateral & Content Creation : Develop brochures, sales kits, presentations, videos, and other materials to support business development and maintain a strong library of marketing assets.
• Governance & Compliance : Ensure all marketing activities adhere to internal policies and external regulations. Maintain organized records and reporting for all initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in marketing across events, digital, and traditional channels.
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and deliver under pressure.
• Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in budget management, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel.
• A creative eye for branding and design trends.
• University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
