Job Position: Senior/Material Control Planner Department: Production Control & Logistics Primary Job Purpose:
  1. Monitor and track supplier purchase orders and forecasts on a timely basis to ensure the availability of materials.
  2. Liaise with global vendor planners on supplier shipment conformance.
  3. Coordinate with production planners to ensure level forecast to suppliers.
  4. Ensure supplier compliance with delivery, services, and procedures.
  5. Strategize and control materials to meet inventory goals.
  6. Manage materials stock and transactions using SAP.
  7. Work with logistics warehouse and production teams on materials movement, planning, and expediting support to customers.
  8. Coordinate new program start-up activities.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Materials Management.
  • Strong coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and analytical skills.
  • SAP experience is required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
