International Digital Services (IDS) is a strategic and pivotal unit, contributing to the Group’s transformation vision by providing leadership in new and breakthrough strategies and development of new and emerging business and operating models. As a business unit, it is focused on adjacent to Telco opportunities, continuously innovating to harness scale and synergies across the Group to deliver quality solutions to telcos and enterprises regionally and internationally. Beyond business, IDS champions an agile and streamlined operating model while serves as a launchpad for talent development. Telco Cloud & ICT Solutions The Telco Cloud & Solutions vertical is a key contributor to the IDS business, and aims market breakthrough for SME Digitalization with a robust Cloud platform, intelligent solutions marketplace and serving a vibrant SME community for the region. This role in provides leadership in the strategies and delivery of end-to-end marketing responsibility for Cloud Product Marketing and Partnershipto deliver product innovation, launching and scaling new product plans. As Director for the Cloud & Solutions Product Marketing and Partnership business, you will lead the product marketing and managing the Cloud and its marketplace as well as the forging of regional partnerships and execute plans in developing new generation cloud solutions. The role is also responsible for identifying new cloud service innovations and revenue, ensuring the successful launch of new Cloud services and developing the operating rhythm to achieve financial targets. Make an Impact by: Service Strategy, Business start-up, and Product/ P & L management Constant creative thought leadership to keep abreast of new industry trends and the competitive landscape to develop innovative strategies in addressing competitive threats and drive customer and digital first principles. Develop and execute product marketing strategies, segment definitions, and value propositions for a new regional cloud business. Responsible for service penetration, ongoing product design improvements, and identifying market opportunities to achieve breakeven in three years. Oversee financial performance, monitor market trends, and adapt products accordingly to meet revenue, margin, and market share goals. Formulate and update strategic and operational marketing plans in response to evolving business need Develop monetization framework, collaborating with Regional Associates and Partners Develop the regional product framework, maximizing the capture of eco-system profits and enabling such distribution across our Regional Associates and Cloud/ ISV partners. Business Case formulation Lead the team in developing and implementing the service strategy. Create a multi-faceted business case to capture revenue from cloud, ISV partnerships, and services, and convert it into actionable plans for platform enhancement, marketplace growth, and effective Go-to-Market execution Source and productize Cloud and ISV solutions Keep abreast about market trends and actively monitor the competitive landscape to strategically position the Cloud marketplace for customer acquisition and new service revenue generation. Respond promptly and proactively to partnership opportunities and market feedback to guide ISV partnership strategies and successfully onboard partner. Negotiate and Contract with Suppliers, ISV and Telco Partners Design, and project manage the solution stack fit for business, and spearhead the negotiation and contracting with Suppliers, and ensure a sustainable vale exchange with ISV and Telco partners. Develop products and solutions expansion into SEA Responsible to manage the marketplace, steering the framework for onboarding and expand this into the regional offers and promotions Manage profit sharing and settlement Managing calendar planning, targeting, segmentation and reporting. Implement process to effectively prioritize and streamline user communications. Skills for Success: Degree in Business or Engineering. At least10 years of experience in product marketing, or a related role. Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.
