What To Expect

Tesla is seeking an experienced operations candidate to run its Order Operations team. The team owns processes related to vehicle sales and delivery, tracking all orders from deposit to revenue recognition, and managing vehicle registration. This role involves collaborating with regional and functional management to ensure exceptional support to internal departments and providing the best customer experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Logistics, and Operations teams to improve workflows and minimize errors. Initiate automation programs to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement operational solutions for new business models and sales initiatives.
  • Manage vehicle registration processes, including online systems, number plates, fee calculations, documentation, and fee reconciliation.
  • Oversee the Certificate of Entitlement bidding and application process.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate forms in compliance with local regulations.
  • Conduct performance reviews of new programs to monitor outcomes.
  • Manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Create internal process documentation for customer-facing teams.
  • Participate in global projects as needed.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in order operations, logistics, or related roles.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and leveraging IT resources for sales processes.
  • Ability to work well in teams and maintain vendor relationships.
  • High problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and fluency in the relevant local language.
