Overview

Head of Marketing (F&B) role at Michael Page. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership position based in Singapore seeking to strengthen brand and marketing capabilities for a well-established F&B group.

About Our Client

Our client is a well-established F&B group with a strong presence across Singapore. Known for its consistency and innovation, the company has built a loyal customer base and is now looking to strengthen its brand and marketing capabilities. As part of its growth vision, the company is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead its in-house team and drive impactful initiatives. This is a perm role based in Singapore.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire an in-house marketing team to deliver innovative, customer-centric campaigns across CRM, digital, social media, and partnerships.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer loyalty, repeat visits, and long-term brand value.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments including operations, R&D, and project teams to align marketing with business goals.
  • Manage external agencies and production partners to bring creative ideas to life – from menu design to video content.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and CRM adoption to better understand and engage customers.
  • Balance creativity with commercial acumen – ensuring marketing investments are impactful and sustainable.
The Successful Applicant Qualification Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • At least 15 years of proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within the F&B or retail industry.
  • A hands-on, down-to-earth leadership style with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • A creative mindset with a strong track record of delivering impactful marketing ideas beyond large-scale campaigns.
  • Experience leading teams and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with loyalty programs, digital marketing, and strategic brand partnerships.
