Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage SCM Change Management / Transformation projects both in-country and regionally, to deliver the SCM Strategic Transport transformation project objectives within timelines.
  • Drive and support in-country initiatives and projects focusing on transport optimization and alignment with Group Supply Chain Management Strategy.
  • Act as change management / change agent for Transport programs (e.g., Route to Market, Transport Management System).
  • Support markets to achieve cost savings and benefits from program implementation.
  • Lead end-to-end Supply Chain Digitalization Transformation projects for in-country and regional delivery, maintaining project ownership and on-time delivery.
  • Facilitate project requirements, negotiate needs and expectations, and translate into user and functional outcomes.
  • Plan and develop project plans, tasks, risks, and communications documentation; lead project review meetings and assess risks with mitigation plans.
  • Monitor, report, and update Change Management progression; track resources to ensure objectives and timelines are met.
  • Engage with business/stakeholders on requirements and progress; address issues and risks with mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Deliver results through cross-functional partnerships and collaboration with stakeholders; build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, colleagues, and vendors/consultants.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects as required.
Functional Skills And Knowledge
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Transport Management or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Change Management and Project Management, ideally with formal training from PMI, Prince2 or other professional bodies.
  • Sound understanding of transport management and operational practices.
  • Strong experience and capability in Fleet Management and Network management.
  • Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems.
  • Leadership and team management skills, including influencing people who are not directly under them.
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and advise Senior stakeholders; ability to persuade without authority.
  • Strong networking and communication skills; ability to adapt within a decentralized, matrix organization.
  • Agile mindset and adaptability; willingness to embrace new ideas as the role evolves.
  • Experience in MNC and highly matrixed organizations is a plus.
Education

Bachelor level or above in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
