Ltd | 14C7279 Gan Kai Le | R Requirements Ideal candidates must have relevant sales interior designer or sales & marketing coordinator related to building materials. Must experience in liaising with Designer, Contractor and Suppliers. Job Scopes To market and promote range of products, as well as to create awareness of the company and its products & services to key clientele in the industry involving contractors and consultants. To follow up on key projects earmarked from concept to completion with emphasis on quality and commensurate returns on investment in time and revenue Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and maximize opportunities generating sales Manage key account customers, monitor sales targets, and generate new opportunities through supporting the customer’s needs in terms of sales and technical aspects Identifies product improvements or new products and/or technologies by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors Provide quality technical consultative service and generate specification documents to Architects, Façade Consultants, and Contractors by establishing and enforcing organization standards Provide after-sales service, resolve issues, problem-solving and handle complaints in a timely manner To secure projects which contribute positively to the company’s revenue and profits Construction industry with marble / granite / tiles knowledge and relevant experience are highly preferred.
