Overview Sales & Marketing Executive / Assistant Manager Working Days: 5 Days, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm) Location: Near Bukit Batok MRT Salary Range: $3,000 - $5,000 Company Profile: Company is specializing in stone and tile products ( sub-contractor ) to construction project. Current Marketing team with one marketing director and one senior executive, seeking for one more headcount to support the team. Responsibilities To market and promote range of products, as well as to create awareness of the company and its products & services to key clientele in the industry involving contractors and consultants. To follow up on key projects earmarked from concept to completion with emphasis on quality and commensurate returns on investment in time and revenue Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and maximize opportunities generating sales Manage key account customers, monitor sales targets, and generate new opportunities through supporting the customer’s needs in terms of sales and technical aspects Identifies product improvements or new products and/or technologies by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors Provide quality technical consultative service and generate specification documents to Architects, Façade Consultants, and Contractors by establishing and enforcing organization standards Provide after-sales service, resolve issues, problem-solving and handle complaints in a timely manner To secure projects which contribute positively to the company’s revenue and profits Construction industry with marble / granite / tiles knowledge and relevant experience are highly preferred. Diploma or Degree in business related background are required for this post. This headcount is open for sales & marketing executive / senior / assistant marketing manager depends on years of experience. Qualifications Ideal candidates must have relevant sales & marketing experience in construction or building materials related industry Must experience in liaising with Designer, Contractor and Suppliers.
