Overview

As part of the global Marketing team at ONE Championship, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing and monitoring all digital advertising efforts, including media planning, buying, and optimization - all on a quest to build the greatest sports media company in the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cross-functional projects in a rapidly changing environment
  • Build effective working relationships and work collaboratively across internal marketing teams to ensure alignment on digital marketing campaigns
  • Assist in projects from concept through implementation and analysing post campaign results
  • Monitor digital performance and KPIs to ensure we continually achieve and exceed targets while maintaining a positive return on our investment
  • Produce meaningful post-campaign analysis and improve the value of our digital advertising through relentless testing, targeting and refining plans
  • Facilitate good project management as it relates to the key aspects of communication, understanding, efficiency, timing, cost and post-mortem analysis
  • Identify opportunities, develop and drive initiatives and campaigns that achieve key business objectives, e.g., livestream views, ticket sales, or direct sales on one.shop
  • Analyse data on a regular cadence to create monthly business reports to empower the business with valuable information to make decisions
  • Assist in creating ad copy, creative calendars, and other media assets
Skills & Knowledge Required
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Excellent knowledge of & experience using various digital marketing platforms
  • 3 years’ experience managing digital advertising campaigns
  • Hands-on experience in campaign management, implementation, and optimization
  • Proven track record of effective budget management
  • Experience with analytics & insights
  • Knowledgeable of the martial arts or general sports media industry
