Senior Manager, Park Operations

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, which will include five wildlife parks, green public spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.
Job Responsibilities- Manage Health & Safety (H&S) compliance, including regular inspections, audits, and reports to local authorities.
- Develop and maintain safety control measures, emergency response plans, and conduct safety training and workshops.
- Serve as Fire Safety Manager (FSM), overseeing fire safety protocols, emergency drills, and compliance with legislation.
- Respond to incidents, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure safety standards are met.
- Support contractor safety management and other duties as assigned.
- Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in workplace health and safety management, including supervisory roles.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, fire safety standards, and emergency protocols.
- Valid WSHO and FSM certifications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
