  • Collaborate with senior management and the data team to drive and prioritize key initiatives from the data application roadmap.
  • Manage and engage with various stakeholders to implement data marts/products that meet user and business requirements.
  • Promote the usage of data marts/data products across regional and local users through initiatives such as sharing sessions, training, and creating/maintaining user guides.
  • Manage key processes in the data systems and collaborate with the data governance team to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Proactively monitor project status, identify potential risks, and manage incidents effectively.
Job Description

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, data engineering, data product management, data governance, or data infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in SQL or Python; familiarity with commercial BI tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
