Responsibilities Provide end-to-end processing support to Treasury & Markets on Foreign Exchange, Money Market and Non-Deliverable Forward products across Singapore, Australia, China, Korea, Indonesia, Vietnam, Taiwan and Hong Kong, from inception to expiry Ensure accurate validation and timely settlement of all relevant trades Provide end-to-end support to FX CLS processes across Singapore, Hong Kong and Korea entities Participate in critical initiatives, process improvements and projects to enhance processes and productivity, and take accountability to ensure successful implementation Perform data analysis and problem solving at SME level Proactively seek opportunities for data discovery and insight Validate new Foreign Exchange, Money Market, Non-Deliverable Forwards trades against source documents in Murex or Front Arena systems Authorize payments and receipts for Treasury products Perform NDF fixing procedures in Murex and Front Arena systems Liaise with counterparties and local T&M Ops on settlement or fixing Monitor and handle end-to-end CLS process, including exception handling of unmatched trades and necessary follow-ups and escalation Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks or exceptions within stipulated turnaround time Manage inquiries (email or SWIFT) related to pre- and post-trade Job scope Provide end-to-end processing support to Treasury & Markets for FX, Money Market and NDF products across multiple regions Validate and settle trades accurately and timely Support FX CLS processes across relevant entities Lead initiatives to improve processes and productivity with accountability for successful implementation Perform data analysis and problem solving at SME level Identify opportunities for data discovery and insights Validate trades against source documents in Murex or Front Arena Authorize payments and receipts for Treasury products Execute NDF fixing procedures in Murex and Front Arena Coordinate settlement or fixing with counterparties and local Ops Oversee CLS process and manage exceptions and follow-ups Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks within SLA Handle pre- and post-trade inquiries (email or SWIFT) Job requirement Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related disciplines Minimum 2 years of banking experience with product knowledge in bonds, repos, and notes Experience across operation functions including validation, processing, reconciliation, settlements, and static data maintenance Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint with O365 Good to have experience in SharePoint, Tableau, Data and Data Analytics Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with the team Seniority level Entry level Employment type Contract Job function Finance and Sales Industries Staffing and Recruiting We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
